We are led to believe that these are distinct, isolated silos of knowledge. ​But when we turn our gaze inward to examine the most fascinating subject of all, ourselves, the lines begin to blur. ​We have constructed magnificent edifices of understanding: Science, Psychology, and Spirituality. Each has its own lexicon, its own methodology, and its own unique viewpoint.
